Yoga first captivated me in 2001 when I attended my first class. It wasn't just the physical challenge, but the way it made me feel strong and centered. After completing my 200-hour RYT in 2007, I continued exploring through Rasamaya, Yin, and Thai Massage before taking a pause from teaching to allow time for other pursuits. A renewed passion during the pandemic led me to pursue a 500-hour RYT which I completed in March 2024.
Outside of yoga, I am a Behavior Analyst with training in Acceptance and Commitment therapy. This mindfulness based practice is a perfect compliment to yoga. I incorporate these healthy mind practices into my teaching. My training has equipped me to guide you on your own journey to find strength, ease your mind, and discover the transformative power of yoga.
Off the mat I enjoy time with family, cycling, running, hiking, cooking, and petting every dog I see.
Miami Beach was where I first discovered the magic of yoga and meditation in 2018. Dealing with anxiety, I found immense relief through regular practice. Meditation became a passion – a way to quiet the mind, ease stress, and sharpen my focus. Witnessing its positive impact on my own life ignited a desire to share this gift with others.
Now, I'm actively pursuing meditation teacher training. I enjoy discussing the power of meditation and guiding others towards a calmer, more focused state of being. Join me on this journey – let's explore the transformative power of meditation together
Off the mat, I enjoy being like a 10 year old on my mountain bike and satisfying my reading habit.

Through countless conversations and experiences, we witnessed firsthand the profound impact yoga and meditation can have on physical and mental wellbeing. It's this passion that ignited our desire to connect with our community and spread the love for these practices.
This summer, we embark on a special journey; taking a break from our classrooms and taking our yoga practice outdoors, to the stunning natural landscapes surrounding Kennebunk. We believe there's a unique magic in practicing yoga amidst the sights and sounds of nature.
